CAN I DROP MY VEHICLE OFF AFTER HOURS?
We have a night drop service available. In the occasion you want to drop your car off after hours there is an overhead door outside the main office.
Put your name, phone number and a brief description as to what you would like us to help you with. Lock your vehicle, place the keys to your vehicle in an envelope, then slide the envelope through the "KEY DROP" slot in the overhead door.
Please remember to take necessary items you would need, such as cell phones, glasses, medications, garage door openers or valuables.
We have 24 hours video surveillance on premises so rest assured your vehicle is safe with us.
CAN I WASH AND WAX MY CAR WHEN I GET HOME?
Yes you may wash your vehicle the second you drive off our lot, although we have already done that for you! Bu,t if you do want to wash it,use regular car wash soap for the first month. Avoid all-purpose cleaners, degreaser, and waxes for the first month.
CAN YOU MATCH MY VEHICLES PAINT COLOR?
Absolutely! Our new Spies Hecker, Hi-Tech Paint Computerized System,Color Tools, include Phoenix Software, Color Index Swatches, Mixing Scale, and Touch Screen Color Tint PC System that connects to internet to manage digital color efficiently.
IS THERE A WARRANTY ON THE REPAIRS DONE TO MY VEHICLE?
Yes, and a very good one. All of the work we do on your vehicle is guaranteed (except for rust) for as long as you own the vehicle.
Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Because of the nature of rust, we can not warranty rust.
WILL THE PARTS BE ORDERED BEFORE I DROP OFF MY VEHICLE?
We try to save you time by pre-ordering your parts. However, during the dismantling of the vehicle, other damaged parts may be discovered and will need to be ordered. We are at the mercy of the dealer delivering the parts.
CAN I GET A RENTAL VEHICLE WHILE MY VEHICLE IS BEING REPAIRED?
If you have rental on your policy we can set up your rental for you. If you are the claiment, you are most likely entitled to free rental. Enterprise, Hertz or Kulp will pick you up from our shop when you drop off your vehicle for repairs. When we call you to let you know your vehicle is done.... just leave the rental with us. We make it easy for you!
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEDUCTIBLE?
The amount of deductible you are responsible for is determined by the insurance policy you choose.
Insurance companies determine fault by your account of the accident when you make the claim and by reviewing the accident report filed with the police department. If you aren't sure about your deductible, call your agent .
If your deductible is not waved, it will be your responsibility to pay us when you pick your vehicle up.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
The easiest and most convenient way to pay for your portion of the repairs to your vehicle is to
endorse your insurance claim check and submit it to our shop. In addition, cash, checks and credit cards may be used.

On October 10, 2012, the
National Highway Traffic Safety
Administration (NHTSA) notified the public about the potential purchase and
installation of counterfeit air bags by some independent repair shops around the country.
The notification states that these installations would have taken
place on certain vehicles requiring the replacement of airbags within the past 3
years. However, the NHTSA believes this issue affects less than 1/10th of 1% of the U.S. vehicle fleet.
